This Privacy Policy explains what data Braido collects, why, and the choices you have. It applies to braido.co and the Braido app.

What we collect

We collect the information you provide when you create an account (name, email), usage data from running crews (run metadata, token counts), and payment metadata from our processor. We never store your full card number — payments are handled by our PCI-compliant gateway.

How we use it

• To operate and secure your account
• To meter power-token usage and process top-ups
• To send transactional email you can control in Settings

Data retention

Run logs are retained for 12 months. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting [email protected].

Your rights

Depending on your region you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. We honor these requests within 30 days.
